Week 1 - It All Starts With A Healthy Breakfast + PROTEIN:

Why you NEED to include protein at the start of your day and we will help you determine how much protein you need to eat in a day. Spoiler alert - most of us are walking around VERY deficient.


Week 2 - Let’s Talk All About Carbs + Fats:

Learn about which carbs and fats you should be including in your diet. Learn about blood sugar balance, insulin resistance, and which carbs best support hormone balance. We will help you determine how many servings of each you should be including in your day. 


Week 3 - Movement + Hydration:

We all know these are basic pillar to health. Let's break them down so they are doable,

exciting and something you will actually look forward to. 


Week 4 - Stress + Sleep:

How your sleep and stress levels affect your hormones, appetite, and cravings. Learn simple recommendations to improve your sleep and lifestyle tips to help you manage your stress.



Week 5 - Metabolism + Energy:

Learn about the hormones involved in supporting your metabolism. We will do a deep dive into thyroid function and why this is crucial for weight loss + energy. Learn why TSH alone is often not enough to assess your thyroid function. Learn how to support your energy and which key tests you may want to consider to improve your overall energy. 


Week 6 - Mindfulness + Mindset:

Learn why your mindset can make or break your behavioural changes and prevent you from reaching your goals. How discipline and mindfulness are key elements to all of this.
